A big tree fell yesterday (January 1) near Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3 causing the vehicles to wait for about an hour before they can pass the road.
STOMPer Phillip informed STOMP through email about this.
"On January 1 about 7.00pm at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3, near AMK Primary School, a giant tree suddenly stumbled down the main road.
"Luckily, it was a public holiday. No damaged vehicles and nobody got injured.
"There were many police cars around the area and the police handled the traffic jam it caused. Many public buses were halted for about an hour."
