Watched Dining with Death and saw some people in Thai selling horseshoe crab as seafood but it's quite poisonous?

Kinopio: Yes, mangrove horseshoe crabs are known to be seasonally toxic; at certain times of the year, their tissue & eggs carry the same toxin as that found in pufferfish flesh. There have been records of people who died after eating horseshoe crabs!
