Motorists travelling on the BKE in the early hours of the morning today(May 3), were inconvenienced by this fallen tree which completely blocked off the Woodlands Avenue 3 exit.
STOMPer Mr.Khoo, who was driving along the BKE, says:
"I think the tree fell around 2 am. It was probably struck by lightning due to the heavy rain.
"The tree completely blocked off the Woodlands Avenue 3 exit.
"Motorists could not use the exit at all.
"I helped the police to re-direct the traffic. But there were some motorists who still wanted to go straight.
"Don't know what they were trying to do.
"The LTA was contacted and the tree was removed awhile later."
