Enjoy nature at Tampines Park

Enjoy nature at Tampines Park

STOMPer Park lover would like to share these photos he took at Tampines Park with fellow STOMPers.

In an email to STOMP today (June 15), the STOMPer says:

"These pictures were taken at the Tampines Park Connector which runs alongside Sungei Tampines.

"You can see three stone benches. Two of them have a metallic backrest while the backrest of the third bench has either been stolen or damaged.

"In the picture below, you can see a rain shelter put up by NParks. It looks like a bus stop.

"In another picture, you can see a tree with very long roots, about 10 metres long.

"In the last picture is a tree which bears green fruits called the sea grapes. This tree grows well in sandy soil and along the coastal areas."
